This edition of the Orange County Housing Report (see link) echoes the sentiments we have known for a little while now...We are in an inventory catastrophe with numbers at an all time low. The days on market are also dropping making this winter still a very hot sellers market.

*15 year mortgage average: 2.125%

Est. monthly mortgage payment: $6,528/month for 15 years

* 29 properties went under contract in the last week.

* Median list price is $1,250,000.
