Buying or selling a home comes with a lot of paperwork most people only see once or twice in their life: comp analyses, disclosure packets, inspection reports, contingencies. My job is to make sure you actually understand what's in front of you, not just nod along and hope it works out.

I walk through the numbers and the documents with you until they make sense, and I'll tell you plainly when something in the data doesn't support the conclusion you want to hear. I'd rather you make an informed decision than a comfortable one. If I don't know something yet, I'll say so instead of guessing, and I'll find out before I tell you what to do with it.

I hold California real estate and administrative credentials, and I've lived in Orange County for 30 years. I know how specific neighborhoods here have actually changed over time, not just what a report says about them, and that history shapes how I think about a market, not just how I talk about one.

I live in Huntington Beach, and when I'm not working you'll usually find me outside. I like to stay active, whether that's a run, a workout, or a walk on the beach with my dog Milo. I'm also a fan of live music and love playing cards and board games, the kind with a  little competition built in.
