Market Update 7.28.2020
Well...I don't know about you but I'm pretty sure it was just the beginning of July and now all of a sudden we are at the end! I hope that this finds you doing well and staying well and keeping your friends and family safe and healthy. The real estate market has not gotten the memo that it is summer and it is still very active.
With inventory very low and demand still up, buyers are previewing every home they possibly can and putting in offers with fingers and toes crossed. With the average days on market at 43 we are in the midst of a hot seller's market and multiple offers with crazy terms submitted are not uncommon.
Click on the link for the latest Orange County Housing Report as you have come to expect in my newsletters and I encourage you to read it as we have a road map for the rest of 2020 predicted. We will start to see a slow down but probably not a drastic change so if you know of a homeowner that is interested in selling or a buyer that wants to buy, thank you for sharing my info with them.
An abundance of caution is still taken for buyers and sellers and if you would like the most up to date info please check out the California Association of Realtor's microsite provided on best practices.
Stay well and keep in touch!
